Yes! If you’re local to our warehouse, you may have the option to pick up your order. If available, this option will appear during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days. We’ll assist you in tracking it down or organising a suitable solution.
Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your items carefully before placing your order.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
To start a return, please email us at info@beyondcleaningsupplies.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the item (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Beyond Cleaning Supplies will cover the return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return postage.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
